In the following blog we would like to introduce you to our top three beaches and bays in Mallorca. In addition to a lot of partying on the island, there are also far quieter places that attract tourists with beautiful bays and crystal clear water. Although Mallorca offers far more beautiful beaches than three, but in this blog we would like to focus on our top three.
Sa Calobra

Sa Clobra is a bay on the northwest coast of Mallorca and can only be reached by car via a fabulous mountain road or by boat. The 1 ½ hour drive from Palma airport to the bay alone is worth a day trip. Once there you will find deep blue clear water and a pebble beach that can only be reached on foot through a tunnel in the rock. In the middle of the mountain gorge it can get quite crowded on the beach in the high season. It is therefore worth getting up early to be one of the first in the bay. In addition to large yachts, Sa Calobra is perfect for underwater photography, especially due to the white sandy bottom. The bright seabed reflects the sun optimally so that the person photographed is perfectly illuminated and can stand out from the ground.
Cala Llombards

Cala Llombards is our ultimate favorite spot in Mallorca. Located in the south-east, the bay not only offers a beautiful sandy beach with no hotels around, but also offers relaxed sunbathing areas on the stones at the edge of the bay from where brave ones can jump down the 2-7 meter high cliffs. With its picturesque fishermen's cottages on the edge of the bay, Cala Llombards offers the perfect photo opportunity for a nice holiday memory. For us, Cala Llombards stands out above all because there is a lot to discover in the underwater world in addition to cliff jumping. Depending on the weather conditions, you will also find crystal-clear turquoise water here, which is just so perfect for underwater shots thanks to the white seabed. For good swimmers who are eager to discover and swim, we definitely recommend swimming out of the bay to go on a small snorkeling expedition to the adjacent bays.
Cala des Moro

Cala des Moro is certainly one of the most beautiful bays on Mallorca, but due to the limited seating and sunbathing areas, especially in the high season, it is a beach that does not invite you to come down. From the Cala Llombards parking lot, it is a 20 minutes walk along the road until you walk along the bay. Especially from above, the turquoise bay offers a wonderful holiday memory. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle at lunchtime, you should go either in the low season or in the morning at sunrise to get a relaxed place. Especially the morning rays of the sun breaking into the water can create unique underwater shots. Since Cala des Moro and Cala Llombards are close to each other, both bays can be perfectly combined in a day trip.
